How close to the city?
You will be staying just 8kms to the city! Mitchelton is a quiet residential suburb on the northside of Brisbane - close to Ashgrove, and only 10 minutes to the thriving hub of trendy Paddington.
You will have easy access to the city for sightseeing, to suburban shops for all your needs, and to the freeway for venturing to the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. It's a prefectly situated property for any purpose!
You will be in between 2 excellent local shopping centres - Brookside Shopping Centre (featuring Myer, Target, Woolworths and over 60 other stores) - and Arana Hills Shopping Centre.
There are many local parks, great for the kids and walking the dog - this is a very family friendly area.

You can get EVERYWHERE from here easily!
- 3 minute walk to the train station, and it's only 20 minutes to the heart of the city - or keep on going for a hassle free trip by train to the Gold Coast theme parks!
- A short 10 minute drive will get you to the heart of Paddington's cafes and boutiques, or 15 minutes to upmarket Park Rd at Milton (also easy access by train).
- Australian Woolshed just a few minutes away at Ferny Grove will give you an experience in outback Australian life.
Local water parks are very popular - Albany Creek Leisure Centre and Chermside Pools have great facilities for a full day in the water. Chermside Pool is open all year round.
- Sunshine Coast Beaches are an hour away - the main road to the Sunshine Cosat is less than 10 minutes drive away, and there are also many beautiful drives through the D'Aguilar Ranges to the north west.
